About the Artist
A wildlife artist from Punjab. India, where she was inspired to paint at an early age. In 2008. to further her knowledge and experience, she completed a Master’s degree in Fine Arts and soon after settled in the Philippines.
Her creativeness paid off when she won multiple awards in art competitions. She received the Best Artist Award from R.G. College at the age of 22. Her painting style is realism and her painting subjects are mostly animals and figures. Her animal paintings especially of Bengal Tigers strongly reflect her advocacy for animal protection.
To make her paintings realistic, she uses oil, acrylic, pastel and charcoal as her varied medium. She has successfully ran solo and group exhibits that were held at vanous places in the Philippines and Punjab.
By February 2019, she joined the ARTipolo Group Inc. Philippines along with being an art teacher in MSA Whiz Kids Academy and Alimall, Cubao.
She will publish her “Self-Portrait” charcoal sketch and “Power of Emotions” – painting, both in 2020 in Artful Creations by Carmi Rotoni Book 3 and 5.
